NYC School Bus App Update
As of June 2, an updated version of the NYC School Bus App is available.
This update adds Ridership Tracking for parents and caregivers whose children participate in the Ridership Tracking Pilot and ride on a NYCSBUS route.
In addition to tracking the bus location and route in real time, eligible caregivers can now view when their child boards and exits the bus, providing greater visibility into their student's transportation experience.
School Operations Console (SOC)
The School Operations Console (SOC) is the primary system used to view bus routes and student ridership in real time.
Visit School Operations Console to gain access.
