DOE Procurement Policy and Procedures Section 1-03(g)(3) Public Notice
Notice of the ratification of a minor Procedures violation shall be posted on the DOE’s website in a location that is accessible by the public within thirty days after the Chief Procurement Officer’s determination. Such notice shall include the name of the vendor (where applicable); a brief description of the goods, services, or construction procured; the dollar amount; and the duration of the contract.
