Employee Resource Groups

The office of Organizational Development, Talent & Culture (ODTC) is responsible for managing and supporting six active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that collectively support an estimated 2,400 employees across NYCPS: 

  • Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI): 400 members 

  • The Black and Latino Employee Networking and Development (The B.L.E.N.D.): 600+ members 

  • Caregivers Alliance: 400 members 

  • Mindfulness at Work: 200 members 

  • Pride!: 300 members 

  • Women in Management (WIM): 500 members
