You can call the NYC DOE Service Desk at 718-935-5100. The hours are Monday – Friday 6AM to 5PM.

After you call, press one of the following numbers on your phone:

  • 1 for Password Resets or Log-on issues
  • 2 for Hardware, Applications or Internet Connectivity Issues
  • 3 for DOE email or your Blackberry
  • 4 for ATS Applications
  • Or # to listen to the menu again
