You can call the NYC DOE Service Desk at 718-935-5100. The hours are Monday – Friday 6AM to 5PM.
After you call, press one of the following numbers on your phone:
- 1 for Password Resets or Log-on issues
- 2 for Hardware, Applications or Internet Connectivity Issues
- 3 for DOE email or your Blackberry
- 4 for ATS Applications
